In-Person Registration

In-person registration for FIS is on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024 from 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.

You only need to attend in-person registration if you are enrolling a student that is new to District #168 OR you are needing help with the online registration of a student who is returning to the district.


Online Registration

For your convenience we are offering online registration through TeacherEase.

For RETURNING STUDENTS:

  1. Click on the TeacherEase button on the FIS homepage.

  2. Log in to TeacherEase with the username and password for your account.

  3. Click on the registration banner at the top of the screen and follow the directions. (If you do not see a registration banner then the registration period is not open and you will need to come to the FIS office to register in-person.)

Online Registration

For your convenience we are offering online registration through TeacherEase.

For NEW STUDENTS:

  1. Click on the New Student Registration button on the FIS homepage.

  2. Enter the required information for each student and hit submit.

  3. After administration accepts your enrollment request, you will get an email from TeacherEase inviting you to enter the remainder of the registration information.

  4. Contact the FIS office at (618)932-1412 to arrange a time to complete a records request in-person and complete any other information that is needed.

Registration Items

The following items must be submitted for all students who are NEW to District #168:

  • Record request Form (if you have previously attended school in another district)

  • Birth Certificate and SS Number (if you have not previously attended school in another district)

  • Proof of Residency

  • Consent to Bill Medicaid

  • Home Language Survey
