Welcome to Mrs. Volanski's Class!!
Hello! My name is Galia Volanski, and I will be your child's teacher this year. Just to let you know a little bit about myself, I have been a lifelong Redbird. I was born and raised in West Frankfort, and I graduated from FCHS in 1994. I later graduated from SIU with a degree in education in 2003. After subbing for 4 years, I was fortunate to be hired full time by the district and placed in 6th grade. This will be my 14th year teaching 6th grade, and I am really excited and looking forward to working with all of my students and their parents. I will use this webpage to keep you informed of daily assignments.
