Frankfort Community Unit School District No. 168 is seeking bids for DEMOLITION OF PROPERTY located at 702 East St. Louis Street, West Frankfort, Illinois. Sealed bids must be received no later than 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 22, 2024, at the Frankfort CUSD #168 Administrative Service Center located at 900 N. Cherry Street, West Frankfort Illinois 62896, where they will subsequently be opened and read. Bids will be awarded at the next Meeting of the Board of Education.
Bids must be addressed and delivered to the Frankfort CUSD #168 Administrative Service Center and marked “Sealed Bid – Demolition of Property.”
Bids are being solicited only from responsible and established bidders known to be experienced and regularly engaged in the work of demolition and removal of demolition debris to appropriate disposal sites.
