Ms. Willmore's 5th grade class was the March Madness Champion! Mr. Corzine rewarded our class with donuts and sodas!
We also had an egg hunt this morning! What a fun way to start the day before spring break! 🌴😎





Mrs. Yadro's class raised the most money for St. Jude and celebrated with a soft pretzel party!

Congrats to Chalize Bowman on breaking the Central girls high jump record! She is a 6th grader and jumped 5'1 at her first meet! Way to go Chalize! #RedbirdPride!


❤️FCHS Cheer Tryout Schedule❤️
This will be the only tryout for the 23-24 school year. Athletes will have the option to try out for football cheer, basketball cheer, or both. Sign up sheets will be available at CJHS and FCHS offices after spring break. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Jenna Harris at jharris@wfschools.org.


Today the students from FCHS that are currently enrolled in the RAKtivist class visited FIS. RAKtivist stand for Random Acts of Kindness. Mrs. Pietrantoni's students are super excited to become pen pals with these highs school students.

6th graders in Ms. Griffith's Language classes have been presenting "How to" speeches. They did a great job, though most were nervous, they were able to work on overcoming their fear of public speaking!
The speeches below include "how to": make toast, make s'mores, feed your dog, be a good friend, make elephant toothpaste, make brownies, shoot a basketball, work on cars, ride a dirt bike, and ride a four wheeler.











FIS gave a big send off to students participating in the Special Olympics bocce ball competition on this pretty Thursday! It's a great day to be a Redbird!






Mrs. Harris's 4th grade class has been working on an animal research project using Google Slides! They have done an amazing job researching and adding pictures and audio to their presentations. Great work, kiddos! 🦫🐍🦊




3rd graders all made "Grass Heads" yesterday and are excited to watch their hair grow. Thanks Ms. Bauman from Franklin County 4-H.
